PRIVATE LESSON POLICIES
Scheduling:
All scheduling of private lessons is done through an online scheduler. To gain access, fill out the contact form.
Students must schedule a lesson at least 8 hours in advance.
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
Refunds are not available for lessons. Cancellations made mean that the canceled lesson will be forfeited.
Rescheduling is allowed only with individual lesson purchases, not for package purchases. Rescheduling must be made 2 days in advance. Failure to do so results in full charge for missed lesson.
Practice:
It is expected that students practice the particular exercises and repertoire assigned during the lesson regularly before the next lesson. This ensures the best lesson experience and goals will likely be achieved faster.
Lesson Recording:
It is highly suggested that students record their lessons. This can be used for thorough review and better preparation for the next lesson.
Voice Health:
If a student is experiencing issues with the well-being and production of their voice, please advise Ami Bouterse. The voice is a delicate instrument and is irreplaceable. Please take care of it wisely by staying hydrated, well-rested, and well-practiced.

Payment must be made before lesson begins. Students of Ami Bouterse pay on the online scheduling website using a debit/credit card. Student of Evelyn Alumbreros pay cash at the time of lesson. After submitting a contact form or message to AB Voice Studio, students will learn more about how to schedule and pay.
